VPN User Profile Update

Dear Members;
 

The users having problems connecting to the VPN service can dowload the new VPN user profile, which is updated to fix connection related issues, from the link below:

Old versions of OpenVPN software for Windows Operating Systems are not compatible with our new User Profile. Therefore, Windows users have to update or reinstall their OpenVPN Connect client software to be able to connect to the VPN service.
